What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver tailored health promotion programs that address the unique needs of the Robinvale community
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including local government, community groups and other health services, to identify and respond to community health priorities
• Design and implement effective health education and awareness campaigns to promote healthy behaviours and lifestyles
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of health promotion activities, and use data to continuously improve program delivery
• Contribute to the development of organisational health promotion strategies and policies
• Provide expert advice and support to the broader health service team on health promotion best practices

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as health promotion, public health or community development
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and evaluating community-based health promotion programs
• Strong understanding of the social determinants of health and a commitment to addressing health inequities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships
• Proficient in data analysis and utilising evidence to inform program planning and decision making
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for improving the health and wellbeing of diverse communities
