Dr. Jolene Morse

She currently serves as Acting Chair of the Risk & Finance Committee at RDHS, where she supports strong governance, compliance, and performance oversight.

Jolene holds a Doctorate in Enterprise Risk Management and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. She brings deep expertise in enterprise risk, governance frameworks, and risk culture uplift. Passionate about enabling ethical and sustainable impact, she also lectures in risk and finance and contributes to national advisory boards across education and healthcare.
