Today is World Health Day and the theme for 2017 is Depression

A recent survey of more than 2600 Australian University and TAFE students found that approximately 1/3 had considered self-harm or suicide in the last year, 2/3 reported high or very high psychological distress in the last year, almost 80% had felt anxious and more than half had experienced panic.
