An opportunity exists for enthusiastic, passionate and innovative Speech Pathologist to join our Health and Wellbeing Team. Our Speech team provides a range of evidence based speech pathology services and work in the clinic, in the community and in schools. The position offers a breadth of opportunity which includes working with clients across the lifespan from early childhood intervention to adult and aged care clients.

Robinvale District Health Service (RDHS) is a vibrant and dynamic rural health organisation providing health care services across the Victorian Mallee and parts of New South Wales. We operate under the Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) Model providing flexible and coordinated services which suit the needs of our communities. In addition to our role providing aged care and sub-acute services in Robinvale and Manangatang we also provide allied health services based on the primary care model of health ensuring we meet our communities health needs across the lifespan, address the broader determinants of health and empower individuals, families and communities to take charge of their own health.

Essential key selection criteria:

  • A graduate or post-graduate degree in Speech Pathology;
  • Eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia;
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Current driver’s licence;
  • Clear Police and Victorian and NSW Working with Children’s Checks
  • Ability to work with diverse case load with both paediatric and adult clients in a range of different settings with a strong focus on schools.
