All HospitalityCatering Services personnel undertake various forms of training to ensure they are proficient in their particular area of expertise. Each staff member participates in a food safety program to ensure compliance with food safety.

In excess of 160 meals are produced each day from our kitchen facilities. We have a four-week menu cycle for patients and aged care residents, which compiles with individual dietary requirements. Patients, Residents, staff, Planned Activity Group and Meals on Wheels clients enjoy ‘freshly’ cooked meals using the freshest and most nutritious ingredients.
