The role

RDHS is currently looking for motivated Personal Care Assistants to join the supportive and friendly team at our Aged Care Facility’s located in Robinvale VIC on a Full Time Basis. As a Personal Care Assistant you will provide care and support that enhances our resident’s wellbeing.

Key Capabilities

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Ensuring detailed documentation is completed and up to date
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the organisation, with our residents and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About you

  • A warm, compassionate, and reliable team member
  • Ability to listen and understand our client’s needs and requirements
  • Availability in work over 7 day roster.
  • Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Have a current drivers licence

The successful applicant should require good interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills along with a Certificate in Aged Care Services.

All successful persons will be required to provide proof of 2022 flu vaccination and a COVID Vaccination before commencing employment.
