Administration Coordinator – Maternity Relief
Robinvale District Health Services has an Administration Coordinator position available. This position is Full Time from 18 March 2019 to 20 March 2020 maternity relief. We may also consider reduced hours for the right person. After hours work will be required.
The role is to provide professional and confidential executive services to the Chief Executive Officer and Board Chair including secretariat services to the Board and sub committees. The successful applicant will also provide efficient and effective supervision of admin clerical staff and customer service areas, overseeing day to day ICT and staff accommodation requirements, oversight of the RDHS fleet and preparation of information and data for the Annual Report. This position does require a high level of administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
