RDHS HOUSE RULES – INTERNATIONAL FOOD DAY

On Monday 17th October, staff from RDHS participated in an ‘International Food Day’.

The diversity of our community health service was reflected by an array of culinary delights.

The event was promoted as part of the RDHS House Rules competition in which staff would earn points for their allocated team by providing or consuming a cultural dish on the day.

Lots of effort went into the preparation of these dishes and staff who came for lunch were spoilt with a choice of cooking talent. From yellow chicken curry to lentil salad, homemade naan bread to ham, cheese and salad filled croissants the variety of food was fantastic. There was also an assortment of delicious treats to finish off the feast.

RDHS would like to thank everyone for participating; particularly those who provided a dish to share on the day, staff are looking forward to the next event of a similar nature!
