A written complaint on resolution to the identified problem will be answered in writing to the person concerned.
When making a complaint, it is best to try and resolve the problem directly with the individual/s concerned. Other people to make contact with are the nurse in charge of shift, charge nurse, director of nursing/chief executive officer or the local medical officer.
